Why this neuroblog

Essays

I have a personal blog since more than 10 years and before that other 10 years of blogging in Arabic. I now wanted a place to write more specialised and not interesting-for-everyone posts about the intersection of neurology, epileptology, and neuroscience. This blog is where I can collect ideas that do not belong in my personal blog, a publication list, or a project page: observations from practice, research notes, technical reflections, and longer essays.

Some posts will focus on neurological cases or on specific diseases. Those pieces are not meant to stay fixed. As I see more cases over time, I will return to them, refine them, and expand them. The goal is not to produce static summaries, but to build posts that become more useful as clinical experience grows.

I also want this blog to be a place for thoughtful writing about electrophysiology, imaging, translational neuroscience, digital tools, and the practical questions that arise in clinical neurology. Over time, I hope it becomes a clear archive of ideas, cases, and projects in progress.

Case-based posts on this site will be written for educational purposes and with appropriate attention to privacy.

Yalla let’s kick off 🙂
